This (brand new!) blog is written and researched by Dan Gagnon. It will feature blog posts on different sites and events in the history of Salem Village and Danvers history through the centuries.

Dan Gagnon is a Danvers resident and local historian researching the Salem Village Witch-Hunt of 1692, and Danvers history in general. He is a graduate of Providence College, and received an MA in history from Boston College. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Rebecca Nurse Homestead Museum in Danvers, and is a member of the Danvers Historical Society. He has taught history and French at several high schools on the north shore.
